OUR PROGRAMMES
We have created unique and effective programmes to support young women to be successful in the workplace, either as employees or in starting and running their own business.
They help to equip young women (between 13 - 19 years old) with the skills, knowledge & connections to thrive in any career path they choose.
In particular, we focus on empowering girls from the most disadvantaged backgrounds such as BAME and from low socioeconomic backgrounds as statistically, they face the most adversity throughout their career journey.
GIRL BOSS
OUR INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Whether young women aspire to be an entrepreneur or not, our research has shown that entrepreneurial skills and innovative thinking is needed to be successful in the working world.
This programme teaches young women how to think creatively and to be effective problem solvers in the career world.

It is centred on the power of imagination and role play which make the programme fun and exciting for all participants.
