January was about getting our mindsets ready and plans together for the year for the decade. But February, you have practice staying focused on those goals and plans. This month we are going to show how to stay focused on your mission no matter. NO MATTER what people say, NO MATTER what you feel, NO MATTER how hard it gets STAY FOCUSED. Staying focused every day and actively doing sometimes towards your goal.


Here are our 5 ways to help you stay focused.





F - Feed

What are you feeding yourself? Not just food-wise but your mind. The hours you spend scrolling through social media, the hours a week you spend watching youtube videos that are funny but have no relevance to where you want to be in life. The hours a week you spend watching Love Island. They feed your mind and affect your focus. Make a conscious decision to watch, listen, read and do things that are going to help you grow. Also, check what you are talking about with your friends, it also feeds you. What you feed grows, so are growing Love Island or are you growing your our money.





O - Organisation

Some people are naturally organisation and some people really struggle in this area. But know that everyone can get organised and you can be organised in a way that makes sense to you. Start by making a routine. Try different routines until you find a routine that works for you. Routines help you become organised and results in you becoming focused. If you struggle with being organised if you feel like you are scatterbrain get a dairy. It can be a digital or a physical dairy, write a to-do list every day, you need to get all OUT OF YOUR HEAD. Review it at the end of the week. Break your goals down into small steps and do a step A DAY. Find a routine that works for you and make people, tasks and activities fit into the routine. When you plan in advance you will be so surprised how much more things you can fit in a week and a achieve every day.




C - Consistency

You can't start and stop, start and stop and expect to be successful. You have to keep going. Even if it doesn't get the receptions that you want, even if you haven't received the responses you want. You do not give up. If you look at the very successful people in the world, it's not necessarily their talent it's their consistency that got them where they are today, Rihanna, Beyonce, Diddy. Tyler Perry, Patricia Bright, Greta Thurbug, Richard Brandson all our consistent and successful. So keep sending emails, keep doing your youtube videos, keep studying, keep designing, keep pitching just don't stop. You can pause to research ways to make your process. But no matter how hard it gets not matter if you feel like crying or even if you reach your goal don't get complacent, keep going.





U - Utilise

A famous quote says 'All you have, is all you need'. So people use that fact that they do have the equipment, they did have the following, they don't the money or the time to start. So they are waiting for it to fall into place before they get started. You are in for a rude awaking. It won't fall into your lap if you are waiting with no movement or actions and days, months, years will pass and it won't happen. So utilise what you have and build towards what you want. If you need a certain amount of money to get the business idea started, utilise the money that you do have, save a few pounds a day towards your biggest goal. If you don't have a laptop yet use your phone or the free computers at the library or use your friend's laptop until you can afford your own. If you don't have time, wake up an hour later and sleep an hour later or your lunchtime. Use what you have to get started then build towards want you want. But you can't stay stagnant.




S - Solutions

Focus on finding a solution to the problem, not the problem itself. A lot of us focus on the problem and it gets bigger and bigger, what you need to do it admit that it is a problem but put your time and energy on solving the problem through a solution. Keep trying solutions and you will soon realise that the problem will get smaller or won't exist anymore because you are less focused on it.

  1. It takes 21 one days to built a habit and 90 days to make it a lifestyle

  2. Give your self deadlines, some people divide goals by the year quarter. So every three months they focus on completing three goals.

  3. Evaluate: Reflect on the steps you make every day

  4. Reading, Exercise, Meditation and journaling all are scientifically proven to help increase a persons ability to focus.
